This can be a good way to make sure your working relationship is on track. It is a good time for you to talk about how you feel about your job and discuss any concerns you may have. You can also use this time to ask your employer about additional training or other suggestions he or she might have that would make you a more valuable employee. If our employer does not give you regular performance reviews, think about asking him or her to do so. This can give you the feedback you need to do a good job, and give you the chance to tell your employer how you feel about your job. Consumer Direction If you work for employers who are directing their own services, you should know about the values and principles of consumer-directed services.
